HIGH INTENSITY FULL BODY WORKOUT

Mary:

What's going on guys? I'm back with another follow-along workout video for you.

Mary:

Today, I'm really excited. It's going to be something a little bit different. So today's focus is going to be a full body, hit workout using dumbbells. So the style of today's workout is going to be a little bit different than what we normally do.

Mary:

We usually do a tabata style workout, you know, that has each exercise for a certain number of time, and then a certain number of time for rest. Today's going to be a little bit different. It's going to be one moment right after the next.

Mary:

It is still going to be a circuit style, so we're going to do a total of six exercises in one round. Then we're going to take a one minute break and then repeat the rounds for a total of three rounds. The difference is we're going to have as little rest as possible between movements, or between exercises.

Mary:

It only is as much time as you need to adjust into the next exercise, so if you need to get up or get down, you know, depending on what we're doing, that's all the time you really get. So make sure you're breathing! Breathe really, really well, and then obviously take advantage of the one minute rest.

Mary:

Today is meant to keep your heart rate up so absolutely make sure you have your water handy, so when the rest of it does come, you can just, you know, breathe and take a swig of your water and we'll get ready for the next round.

Mary:

Today, again, all you're going to need is two sets of dumbbells and a towel. So, again, I'm really, really excited, so let's get to it.

Mary:

One minute!

Mary:

Make sure you breathe. Drink water!`

Mary:

One minute of rest. Breathe! And push. Yes this even, [inaudible 00:10:27].

Mary:

All right. Last round! Let's do it.

Mary:

It's a struggle!

Mary:

Sweat!

Mary:

All right, guys. There you have it. I have sweat running into my eyes. Well, if this workout doesn't push you, then you can always up the reps or you can always up the weight that you're using. Absolutely.

Mary:

Now, just to show you I am absolutely human and I am working on my own fitness level as well, so that's why I enjoy these videos so much because I can do it with you.

Mary:

So yeah. I love it. And that didn't even take... That's what? 15 minutes. So I think that's actually pretty great.

Mary:

So a full body workout that really gets your heart rate up really, really, really gets you to sweat quickly in just 15 minutes. I absolutely love stuff like that. I'm still catching my breath.

Mary:
